1. 2001 – Management Diploma in Business Administration (MDBA), from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune, specialisation in HR.
2. 1976 – Graduate from National Defence Academy (NDA) affiliated to JNU, New Delhi.

Work Experience
1. Jun 2000 – April 2015. Post retirement from the Army, worked in the Corporate with major firms in Ahmedabad – TCS as Manager (Admin); CEO with AVI Engineering; Manager (Operations) with Checkmate Security Services; Branch Head
for Security and Intelligence Services (SIS). From 2009 to 2015, worked as Director (Gujarat & Rajasthan) for Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO). Since 2015, continue to assist Veterans of all ranks independently.

2. Dec 1977 – May 2000. Commissioned into the Maratha Light Infantry. Served with my battalion all over India, mostly in field areas of North East, Kashmir and Punjab. Periodically underwent courses on leadership, management, vigilance and practical training in human psychology in various military training establishments and practised and enhanced these skills while training and leading the soldiers in the units for operations.

He is an alumnus of Sainik School Kazhakootam, the National Defence Academy Pune, the Indian Military Academy Dehradun, the Army War College, Mhow. And the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. He has extensively served in counter-terrorism roles along the Line of Control in the Poonch, Kupwara, Uri, and Kargil sectors. He has held prestigious appointments, including Deputy Assistant Adjutant and Quartermaster General in an Armoured Brigade, General Staff Officer-Class 1 at the Force Headquarters Assam Rifles, Commander at the UN Peacekeeping Mission in South Sudan, and Director of the Regional Centre ECHS Pune.

He commanded an infantry battalion in a highly active field location, which encompassed high-altitude operations, Line of Control duties, and counter-infiltration roles. Under his command, the battalion excelled and was conferred with the coveted Chief of Army Staff Unit Citation in 2021. He has been honoured with the UN Force Commander Commendation Card and the GOC-in-C Northern Command Commendation Card for gallantry.

After taking premature retirement, he is presently the Group Head (HR and IR) of a large corporate group in the healthcare industry in Pune.

• Dr NJ Rajaram, who worked as CEO of the Telangana State Apparel and Textile Park.
• Dr. N. J. Rajaram passed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with distinction from JNTU
  Hyderabad. He completed his M.Tech in Computer Science from Osmania University & Masters in
  SQC & OR from ISI Calcutta.
• He earned his doctorate i.e, Ph.D in Computer Science from IIT Bombay and was awarded the Best
  Thesis prize for his research in the area of Software Quality and Reliability.
• He has a Masters in International Business from IIFT New Delhi and an MBA in Technology
  Management from Anna University Chennai.
• He has over 36 years of work experience in New Product design, Information Technology in design,
  Quality, Operations, Process & Product Research, Quantitative Techniques & Analytics. He has
  worked both in Government, Academics (teaching & research) and Business in various capacities.

Dr. Balaji Utla is a distinguished professional with over 36 years of experience in organizational strategy, development, corporate social responsibility, and academia. Having served in significant roles, including as the founder-CEO of Satyam Foundation and Piramal Swasthya (formerly HMRI). Currently, he is the Dean of the School of Management at Anurag University in Hyderabad.
