Rear Admiral Sailendran Madhusudhanan (Retd.) was commissioned in the Indian Navy on 01 Aug 1978. He is a graduate mechanical engineer from Annamalai University, and holds a master’s in Defence Studies from the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington.
In his 35 years of service the Officer has held various staff and field appointments which include the aircraft carriers INS Vikrant & Viraat; Frigates , Krishna and Ganga. He has had a long association with shipbuilding having been in the Warship Overseeing Team at Mazagoan Docks and the Warship Production Superintendent at Sevmash Shipyard Russia. In addition to being on the instructor faculty at INS Shivaji he has discharged managerial responsibility at the Naval Dockyard Mumbai and prior to retirement was the Admiral Superintendent of the Naval Ship Repair Yard at Kochi.
Currently he is the Director Maritime Systems in a leading industrial concern having production units engaged in high end electronics and high precision mechanical manufacturing.
Dr. Swaminathan Manikandan is a dedicated professional with over two decades of experience in research and development, focusing on rugged systems and technology for defense and civilian applications.
He has made significant contributions to indigenous product development, strategic electronic systems, and IoT solutions. His leadership in design, development, and implementation has strengthened technological competence and confidence among users.
“Dr. Gopalakrishnan Mahalakshmi” highly accomplished finance professional with a Ph.D. in Microfinance and 16 years of diverse experience, including roles in banking. Recognized for expertise in financial management, project management, and research in microfinance and financial inclusion.

Mr. S. Arunachalam S/o Late G. Swaminathan Iyer born on 29th April 1966 @ Chennai. Completed his Commerce Graduation @ Hospete, Bellary Dt under Gulbarga University & in Stenography obtained Diploma in Stenography. Completed his Office practice and procedure Diploma course under Karnataka Govt.
He was joined as Development officer in the Premiere financial Institution LIC OF INDIA a Public sector Institution in the year 1989 and Retired Voluntarily in Oct 2023 on Promotion as Chief Manager in the cadre of Divisional Manager. Worked in LIC as in the capacity of Branch Incharge in various Branches of Karnataka & Bengaluru having more than 3 decade of experience both in Marketing and Administration. Recognised by LIC with many honour for various achievements in his service. He is very simple personality and always empathetically looking towards his customers. He is very good time keeper and always willing to learn new skills.
